Our Atlanta studio completed a renovation to add a Butler’s Pantry adjacent to the client’s existing Kitchen and relocate the Laundry Room to the upstairs level. The renovation focused on optimizing storage, improving workflow, and enhancing the overall design to suit the needs of a modern, busy household.
We used custom cabinetry in a modern green color for the Butler Pantry, Quartz Countertops, and a beautifully patterned marble backsplash. The new design offers ample space for dry goods, small appliances, and glassware. Soft-close drawers were added for easy access to utensils and cooking tools. We also incorporated open shelving above the countertop for an airy, accessible feel while keeping frequently used items within reach.
We designed the laundry room to maximize efficiency and functionality in a small space. We began by installing modern appliances, including a high-efficiency washer and dryer set paired with a utility sink for convenience. New custom cabinetry and Quartz countertops were added, making the room not only more visually appealing but also functional, with designated spaces for detergents, cleaning supplies, and folding laundry.
Both the butler pantry and laundry room now offer a perfect balance of style and function, with updated finishes that reflect the homeowner’s tastes while making everyday chores more efficient and enjoyable.
