Our clients trusted our Atlanta studio with the update of two of their secondary bathrooms. They envisioned these spaces being refreshed in a way that respected the history of their traditional home. We incorporated unique tile combinations, brass details, and modern fixtures to achieve a timeless look that flows well with the other spaces in the home.
The main level bathroom color scheme features a sophisticated palette of whites, golds, and blues. The white porcelain sink is paired with elegant gold fixtures and an ornate, antique-style mirror, adding a touch of vintage charm. These elements, combined with the unique quatrefoil patterned floor tiles, achieve a blend of vintage opulence and modern elegance in this small bathroom, which the client will enjoy.
While designing the upstairs secondary bathroom, the client’s greatest concern was incorporating materials that are both child-friendly and durable, while also achieving a unique design that complements the rest of the home. We designed a custom wood vanity that features traditional paneling, brass hardware, and ample storage for the client to store their daily household items. The classic black-and-white hexagonal mosaic tile with a floral motif provides a charming, vintage-inspired foundation that is easy to clean and durable. Overall, the space achieves a timeless yet updated look by marrying natural materials, elegant finishes, and thoughtful design elements.
